With the reflection that it is increasingly necessary to live the house and the importance of receiving, we set out for this incredible project of architecture and interior design with the philosophy that all the common space should behave as one. A kitchen open to the dining area, where noble materials and cozy lighting embrace the dining space and living area, making this a welcoming and distinctive living environment.
The upper floors, in turn, present the most diverse approaches to spaces delicately designed for those who would live them in a unique way, culminating in a last office space, which ends this project with a golden key in what concerns the organization and approach of pieces and materials.

Planning
We are always looking for interesting projects.
First of all, the designers had to re-plan the accommodation and dismantle several walls to visually expand the space of 343 square meters and let more natural light in. The entire area of the apartment can be conditionally divided into two separate spaces: common areas and a master zone. In the first part, there is a combined kitchen and living room, which also consists of two sub-zones: a lounge area opposite the fireplace and an area for receiving guests.
