With the reflection that it is increasingly necessary to live at home and the importance of receiving, we set out for this incredible architecture and interior design project with the philosophy that every common space should behave as one. A kitchen open to the dining area, where fine materials and warm lighting embrace the dining area, which in turn connects with the living area, through a centrally positioned fireplace, making this a welcoming and distinguished environment.
The rest of the house, in turn, presents the most diverse approaches to spaces delicately designed for those who want to live in them in a unique way, where each room is thought out to the smallest detail according to the taste of those who will use it, thanks to the organization and approach of pieces and materials.
Planning
We are always looking for interesting projects.
First of all, the designers had to re-plan the accommodation and dismantle several walls to visually expand the space of 343 square meters and let more natural light in. The entire area of the apartment can be conditionally divided into two separate spaces: common areas and a master zone. In the first part, there is a combined kitchen and living room, which also consists of two sub-zones: a lounge area opposite the fireplace and an area for receiving guests.
